Crafting Christmas All Year - October 2021

Saturday, October 23, 2021 3 comments
Happy Saturday!!!
Today I am sharing what I created for the October Crafting Christmas All Year 2021.

I made Christmas Treat Bag Toppers!

For my treat toppers, I used the Treat Bag Topper Santa cutting file from Lori Whitlock.

Here is a look at the treat toppers (regular size).
I think I will using these toppers on some candy bags.

Here is a look at the mini treat toppers that I made.
I think I will using these toppers for a sequins mix that I will be making. I have some extra glassine bags in my stash and they would go perfect with my toppers.

Happy Saturday!!!
It's the 1st Saturday of the month.... so it's time for me to share what I created for the September Crafting Christmas All Year 2021.

I made Christmas Gift Card Holders!

For the gift card holders, I used the Purse Gift Card Holder file by Lori Whitlock and red & gold glitter cardstock for the layers. I uploaded the file onto the Cricut Design Space and added an extra layer (red) to the front of the gift card holder. I used the NEW offset feature which I absolutely love!!

Gift Card Holder #1
For my papers, I used the Craft Smart's Cute & Cozy paper pad.
The "Have a little Christmas cheer" is a tag that is included in the same paper pad.

Gift Card Holder #2
For my papers, I used the Craft Smart's Say Freeze paper pad.
I also used Spellbinders scallop & square stitched dies.

Gift Card Holder #3
For my papers, I used Recollections "Holiday Bash" paper pad.
I also used Spellbinders scallop & square stitched dies.

Here is one of the gift card holders with a gift card....

Crafting Christmas All Year - August 2021

Happy Saturday!!!
It's the 1st Saturday of the month.... so it's time for me to share what I created for the August Crafting Christmas All Year 2021. It is a collaboration with Lisa Happycrafter, Paulette Fullard & TashasCraftCorner over on YouTube. It is a once a month collaboration, first Saturday of the month but you can make a project and join in anytime. You can post it on IG, Facebook, YT or on your blog just add (#ccay2021).  Remember, you can make ANYTHING as long as it is a Christmas theme.

I made Christmas Embellishments!
For my embellishments, I altered a Felt Garland Kit from Creatology that I had purchased at Michaels about 2 years ago. I was lucky to have found it on clearance and was able to find 2 of them. Yay... me!! The kit came with candy canes which were attached to the mugs but I decided to cut them out. I wanted my cocoa mugs to be simple and maybe add a little bling to them. The kit also came with felt eyes so that I can add it to the top of the mugs (whip cream) but I decided not to add them as well.

I stamped the sentiment on to white cardstock with versamark ink and then I heat embossed it using gold embossing powder. The sentiment is from the Christmas Wishes stamp set from Jaded Blossom. Then I used my Sizzix Big Shot and the Tag Frame Die Layers (smallest) from My Creative Time to die cut the tag.

I used a hot glue gun to adhere the tag on the red bow (the red ribbon was included in the kit) and a piece of gold beaded chain. Next, I used the hot glue gun to adhere the bow with tag onto the mug handle and added some bling for some extra sparkle.

Here is a photo of the Felt Garland Kit

Happy Saturday!!!
It's the 1st Saturday of the month.... so it's time for me to share what I created for July's Crafting Christmas All Year 2021.

For this month's project, I made Mini Slimline Cards!

For my mini cards I decided to use a premade design that I had previously created for a sketch challenge over at Tuesday Morning Sketches. The design was saved on the cricut design space. I used Recollections "Holiday Bash" paper pad and the Reindeer Pulling Santa is a cutting file from Miss Kate Cuttables. I used the Christmas Wishes stamp set and the Mini Tags Dies 2 from Jaded Blossom.

I added gold star sequins for some sparkle!!!!!

Happy Wednesday!!!
For today's post, I am sharing what I created for June's Crafting Christmas All Year 2021. It is a collaboration with Lisa Happycrafter, Paulette Fullard & TashasCraftCorner over on YouTube. It is a once a month collaboration, first Saturday of the month but you can make a project and join in anytime. Sorry for the late post but it's my birthday month so I am taking it a little easy...lol. You can post it on IG, Facebook, YT or on your blog just add (#ccay2021).  Remember, you can make ANYTHING as long as it is a Christmas theme.

For June's project, I made Christmas Cards!

I was inspired by {BYSHC} June Sketch 11
Come join us in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group to play along with the {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 11!! We'd love to see what you create using this month's sketch....

I used Craft Smart's Say Freeze paper pad which includes the snowman & truck image. On my 2nd card I used the Honey Bee "Holiday Cheer" paper pad. The circle die cut is from the Bunch of Fun Circle die set & the Small Holiday Bow Dies from My Creative Time. The "Merry Christmas" sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom's Christmas Wishes stamp set. To add a little sparkle I adhered white dew drops on to my cards. The pretty dew drops are from The Robin's Nest which I had in my embellishment stash for a while now.
